INTRODUCING TARGETED COLLEGE PREPARATION

CareerQuest is pleased to introduce a targeted college preparation program that
helps clients better prepare for the demands of college-level studies. This is
accomplished by delivering a curriculum that reflects the concepts, terminology,
and level of material of the college program's first semester. As a result, it improves
awareness of college-level expectations and workload, which facilitates a smooth
transition into the college routine.

TO ESL AND ACADEMIC UPGRADING

CareerQuest works in partnership with employers from a wide variety of
industries to offer a unique program that combines in-class vocation-specific
training with practical work experience on a concurrent basis. The Career
Partnership Program increases success rates because it is strategically designed
to be a comprehensive solution. pon successful completion of the program,
the client will either be employed by the partnering employer or be competitively
employable in his/her approved vocational goal.

NEW CENTRE IN VAUGHAN

We are pleased to announce that our new centre at 9100 Jane Street
(at Rutherford) in Vaughan will open on September 15, 2008. This centre has been
custom-built to serve the unique needs of our clients. In doing so, we drew upon
our years of experience in the industry to provide all the amenities necessary to
optimize the client experience. Starting from a spacious 3,600 square feet, we have
ensured each classroom is large enough to accommodate up to four students and an
instructor very comfortably, while including all the ergonomic features that have come
to be known as one of our trademarks. In our tradition, we have also included a large,
state-of-the-art computer lab, a number of private computer rooms for
speech-recognition software training, a lounge for the students to rest in during breaks,
and plenty of large and small training and private meeting rooms. The site is easily
accessible by public transit, provides free parking, and is fully wheelchair accessible.
We are very excited about the opening of this new training centre and the opportunity to
continue delivering quality services to our clients with expertise, professionalism, integrity,
and cost-effectiveness - our core values.

ANOTHER BRAMPTON EXPANSION

Last year, as a result of exceptional growth at our Brampton centre, we completed an
expansion project that added 1,659 square feet of space to our existing 2,045 square
foot facility. This allowed us to provide more classrooms, an even larger computer lab,
more meeting rooms, and several other multi-use rooms. This spring, it became necessary
to expand once more due to continuing growth in our student enrolment; as a result, we
have added another 750 square feet of space to give us more classrooms. Please feel
