Assessments
CareerQuest is a full-service firm that is able to provide assessment and job-specific training services as part of a return to work plan or on an independent basis.
A return to work plan often involves some form of assessment to ensure that a cost-effective solution is targeted. CareerQuest is equipped to provide a number of assessments including a functional abilities evaluation or worksite analysis conducted by a kinesiologist certified by the Ontario Kinesiology Association who is also a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator. As well, an academic assessment or a vocational assessment that is conducted by a psychometrist certified by the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP) is sometimes necessary in situations where an individual may need to identify an alternative job with the same employer.
