Jessica Hughson, B.A.
Centre Coordinator

Jessica began working at CareerQuest Inc. in October 2007 as an Instructor. In this role, she facilitated a wide variety of programs. She also developed curriculum for a number of programs to make training even more effective. In October 2008, Jessica was promoted to Centre Coordinator of the Vaughan and Hamilton centres, a position she held until she was promoted to Program Specialist in September 2009. As Program Specialist, Jessica is responsible for researching and generating ideas for new program development, which includes creating and sourcing curricula materials in all areas of training. Jessica also develops training materials and provides training to CareerQuest staff. In addition, she conducts quality assurance for current student programs, continuously working to improve student outcomes. Jessica also provides supervisory / centre coordinator duties as required.

Before joining CareerQuest, Jessica managed three regions of a tutoring company, was a residential academic assistant, and was Opinions Editor of her undergraduate school newspaper. Jessica believes a rich literary life is the key to success in education and the workplace.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies in Professional Writing and Mathematics.

Dijana Stankova, B.A.
Centre Coordinator

Dijana began working as a Part-time Instructor/Facilitator at CareerQuest's Mississauga Centre in October 2007. In January 2008, she accepted a full-time teaching position at the centre, where she taught a variety of our programs, including Academic Upgrading, College Preparation, Vocation Specific Literacy and Numeracy, and Career Partnership Programs. She was promoted to the position of Centre Coordinator of the Mississauga Centre in August 2011.

Prior to working for CareerQuest, Dijana spent more than ten years working as head translator and interpreter in international diplomatic and military organizations, where she had an opportunity to work alongside prominent politicians and diplomats. In these capacities, she also acted as supervisor and facilitated the delivery of various training programs to staff members. Simultaneously, Dijana expanded her teaching experience by tutoring elementary and high school students in English and math.

Dijana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a designation in Philology.
