CareerQuest offers computer skills training targeted to employees who are undergoing a job-transition as a result of a displacement or return to work program. CareerQuest will develop a training curriculum that is customized to meet the requirements of the new job description or address the job-specific needs of the individual.

Additionally, CareerQuest provides training in assistive computer programs including Dragon NaturallySpeaking for individuals who are unable to use their hands to operate a computer, and JAWS or ZoomText for individuals with visual impairments.
Since the workers to whom this training is targeted are often on leave from work, it is usually provided at one of CareerQuest’s centres. This allows the individuals to receive training in our fully equipped computer labs, and allows us to provide individualized training in the most cost-effective manner. However, on-site training can be arranged for small groups.
