Gina joined CareerQuest Inc. in April 2007 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Services Manager after more than a decade of working in the areas of vocational rehabilitation and disability management. Gina began her career in the industry as a psychometrist/vocational consultant with Lacroix, Scher Consultants. In this role, Gina became familiar with various rehabilitation practices and developed strong skills related to assessment while conducting vocational, psychological, psycho-vocational, neuro-psychological, and academic evaluations.
After two years in this role, Gina accepted a position with Concentra Integrated Services, Inc., where she worked for five years as a rehabilitation consultant/case manager for clients taking part in WSIB's Labour Market Re-Entry (LMR) Program. Over the next several years, Gina continued to develop her skills in the areas of vocational rehabilitation and disability management while working for Manulife Financial (disability claims) and CNIB (human resources specialist in the area of disability management), and as an independent psychometrist/vocational consultant. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McMaster University.
Carol joined Career Quest, Inc. in 2010 as a registered Psychological Associate. She has been working in the area of vocational rehabilitation since 1995 throughout which time she has gained experience in the administration and interpretation of a variety of vocational, psychovocational and neuropsychovocational assessment instruments. She began her career under the supervision of a psychologist to administer neuropsychological test batteries to individuals with brain injuries. She then moved on to work with Lacroix, Scher Consultants as a Senior Psychometrist/Trainer for a three-year period. Carol was subsequently employed with Concentra Integrated Services as a registered Psychological Associate for four years. Since October 2002, she has worked as an independent registered Psychological Associate, working with various psychologists and rehabilitation professionals.
Carol's academic background consists of a Bachelor of Science degree (double major in Biology and Psychology) from the University of Toronto and a Master equivalent degree in Child Assessment and Counselling from the Institute of Child Study (now affiliated with The Ontario Institute of Studies in Education - OISE). In February 2002, she obtained her Psychological Associate status and is registered in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
