Being in school helped me to improve my English not only by discussing different topics and doing presentations in class but also by interacting with the other students in school. An advantage of the school also was that the classes were pretty small with 5 to 10 people so that you were challenged to talk a lot and in addition to that the teacher could deal with individual questions more easily.

I work at Timothy’s, the coffee shop. It’s an English spoken environment and I can talk with customers and staffs in English there. This is what I wanted to do in Canada with working holiday visa. I’m working at Cineplex. I am a ticket taker and I clean the theater. If I need some help, they help me right away.
